Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund period beginning on the date your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, unopened. Please keep the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of delivery. After reviewing your order details and photos, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to request a refund

Email admin@antpro.vip with your order number, a screenshot or copy of your order confirmation, and photos showing the condition of the item. We normally review requests within two business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and are generally expected to appear within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item has a confirmed defect or was damaged during transportation. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund for returns that are not related to defects or transit damage.
