Shipping Policy

We provide professional transportation services for customers worldwide and package each chair to support safe, efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery times

• Standard delivery: approximately 7-15 business days.
• Standard sea freight: approximately 10-20 business days.
• Expedited air freight or express: approximately 3-7 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, and destination restrictions may affect arrival times.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery address, package dimensions, and weight. Available methods and charges are shown during checkout or confirmed with you before fulfillment.

Packaging and tracking

We use protective bubble wrap and reinforced wooden-frame packaging where appropriate. We work with established logistics providers, including DHL and FedEx, and provide tracking details when they become available.

Insurance, customs, and taxes

Orders include basic transportation insurance unless stated otherwise. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Service availability

We may pause or limit shipping to certain countries or regions because of carrier restrictions, local regulations, or conditions outside our control. If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
